Whitney Tynan is our resident plant steward. She started her apprenticeship at Sailor’s Moon in October of 2022. Connecting with people and helping others is what drives Tynan on her tattoo journey. Her artwork is influenced by her ties to the natural world of the PNW. She specializes Neo Traditional, American Traditional, and she adores anything with wall-to-wall color.

Please note that you MUST set up a free in-person consultation at the shop prior to scheduling your tattoo appointment*. Please bring any visual references you have, if any. This will help to ensure that I am clear about the work that you’d like to get done and give you the most accurate quote possible.
In order to schedule an appointment we require a $40 non-refundable deposit for small palm-sized projects or a $100 deposit for larger pieces. The amount of your deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo.
